- TEAMFÜHRUNG: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Wachstum und die Entwicklung deines Teams und hilfst jedem um dich herum, jeden Tag besser zu werden. - STRATEGIE: in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen KollegInnen im Produktmanagement erstellst du Anforderungsanalysen, um pragmatische und schlanke Lösungen für User Stories und Epics zu finden. Zudem erstellst du das Architekturdesign, das TDD-Setup und bist für die Implementierung der Lösung verantwortlich.
- PROZESSOPTIMIERUNG: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung von unseren Kerndiensten und Komponenten.
- QUESTIONNING THE STATUS QUO: Du hinterfragst alles, was wir tun - wir freuen uns darauf, herausgefordert zu werden und von deinen bisherigen Erfahrungen zu lernen.
- Optional bekommst du die Möglichkeit auch am vueJS-Frontend zu arbeiten - nicht zwingend erforderlich, könnte aber ab und zu eine Abwechslung sein.

Das wünschen wir uns:
- Deinen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Gebiet hast du längst in der Tasche.
- Du bist 5+ Jahre berufserfahren mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz bei der Auslieferung hoch skalierbarer und robuster Backend-Systeme, bestenfalls im KMU-Umfeld.
- Du bist erfahren in der Java-Entwicklung. Nice to have: Erfahrungen in SpringBoot, Java Enterprise oder Micronaut.
- Du hast bereits Entwicklerteams geführt und deren Wachstum begleitet.
- Du hast bereits Systeme auf AWS und/oder GCP erstellt und betreut?! Toll!
- Du hast schon eine Live-Service-Umgebung supportet?! Noch toller!
- Große Architekturentscheidungen besprichst du gerne gemeinsam im Team, bevor du mit der Implementierung beginnst und hast nichts gegen ein kleines Pairing ab und zu.
