Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und bewertest systematisch neue Produktideen, um 1-3 neue Produkthypothesen pro Quartal zu generieren, die dann getestet werden
- Du verbesserst den Prozesse zur Bewertung der Produkte und präsentierst potenziellen Verticals
- Du verantwortest die termingerechten Übergabe aller Deliverables an die Technik (z.B. User Flows & Mock-ups, Datenmodelle, Prozessabläufe)
- Du verbesserst bestehende Produkte von Ende zu Ende und stellst NPS- und Conversion-Rate-Steigerungen sicher
- Du stellst sicher, dass für jede Hypothese substanzielle Lernfortschritte gemacht werden
- Du führst Benutzertests, Interviews usw. durch, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen
- Du erstattest Bericht an den Chief Growth Officer (leitet das Marketing & Product Team)
- Du agierst als Sparringspartner für das Führungsteam
- Du entwickelst marktfähigen Produkthypothesen

- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement idealerweise in einem Startup-, Tech- und/oder Beratungsumfeld
- Du planst, organisierst, terminierst und arbeitest auf effiziente, produktive Weise
- Du bist in der Lage, mit minimalem Aufwand eine hohe Leistung zu erbringen.
- Du verstehst, was Kunden wirklich wollen und ob ein Produkt ein Kundenbedürfnis befriedigt.
- Du weist, wie man qualitative oder quantitative Daten strukturiert und verarbeitet und ziehst daraus aufschlussreiche Schlussfolgerungen
- Du handelst, ohne dass man dir sagt, was du tun sollst. Du bringst neue Ideen aktiv in das Unternehmen ein.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
