Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Planung und Umsetzung von Markteinführungen neuer Produkte
- Du beobachtest und analysierst den Markt kontinuierlich.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Neuentwicklung von Produkten durch Kreativität und Design.
- Du entwirfst genständig Produktbeschreibungen und Begleitmaterialien für Produktlaunches.
- Du hast den Durchblick bei der Kostenkalkulation unserer Produkte.
- Du bist zuständig für die Beantragung von verschiedenen Produktzertifizierungen (TÜV, GS, FSC, CE).
- Du bist zuständig für das Qualitätsmanagement unserer Produkte.
- Du erstellst Schulungs- bzw. Produktmaterialien und führst Produkttrainings durch.
- Du holst dir regelmäßig Feedback ein und analysierst Kundenbewertungen.
- Du führst eigenständig Produktinterviews mit Kunden und Interessenten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mind. 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement mit.
- Du hast idealerweise ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich.
- Du hast ein Auge für für Design und Kenntnisse im CAD-Bereich
- Du kennst dich idealerweise in der Büromöbel- oder einer ähnlichen Branche aus.
- Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrungen mit SCRUM bzw. anderen agilen/leanen Methoden.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office und G-Suite Tools.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Du bist flexibel und belastbar

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
