Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern selbstständig komplexe Baumaßnahmen im Telekommunikationsbau unter Einhaltung der technischen und kaufmännischen Vorgaben
- Sie koordinieren den effizienten Personal- und Materialeinsatz
- Sie übernehmen die Personalführung und -förderung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) auf Ihren Baustellen
- Sie verantworten den Ablauf des Bauvorhabens und wickeln unter Berücksichtigung der Ergebniskontrolle des wirtschaftlichen Erfolges die Maßnahmen eigenverantwortlich mit einem Team aus weiteren Fachbauleitern ab
- Sie übernehmen das Nachunternehmer-/ Lieferantenmanagement
- Sie haben die Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften im Blick

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen bzw. Nachrichtentechnik, eine Meisterausbildung im Straßenbau bzw. Elektrohandwerk mit Erfahrung im Telekommunikationsbau/Leitungsbau oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Polier o.ä.) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der normativen Vorgaben sowie der technischen und kaufmännischen Regelwerke im Straßenbau und Telekommunikationsbau
- Sie sind souverän im Umgang mit Kunden, Auftraggebern und Mitarbeitern
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und Französisch sind ein Plus
- Sie besitzen ein ausgesprochen hohes Engagement, gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
