Was erwartet Dich?
- Als Teil unseres Sales-Teams bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Neu- und Bestandskunden vor Ort (Fokus NRW/Niedersachsen) oder im Homeoffice.
- Du bearbeitest selbständig Anfragen aus Deinem Vertriebsgebiet, koordinierst Termine und Gespräche (Telefon, Online, Vor-Ort), nimmst Anforderungen auf und unterstützt bei der Angebotserstellung.
- Du beantwortest tiefergehende Fragen und führst unsere Kunden bzw. Interessenten bis zum Verkaufsabschluss.
- Deine sympathische Ausstrahlung und Deine kompetente und verbindliche Art helfen Dir, eine herzliche Kundenbeziehung aufzubauen und Neukunden für unsere Produkte zu gewinnen.
- Auch bei Messen und Kongressen bist Du ein Gesicht unseres Unternehmens und vertrittst unsere Werte und Produkte nach außen.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Vertrieb von Software oder IT-Produkten.
- Du bringst Vorerfahrungen aus dem Bereich Personal oder Gesundheit mit, denn das sind unsere Zielgruppen.
- Du trittst aufgeschlossen, empathisch und lernbegierig auf.
- Du bist mutig und entschlossen, aber dennoch gut strukturiert, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig.
- Du kennst Dich im Vertriebsprozess aus, idealerweise hast Du Erfahrungen im B2B-Umfeld.
- Du kannst bestens mit MS Office (vor allem Outlook) umgehen, hast idealerweise schon Erfahrungen mit CRM-Tools und Wikis gemacht.
- Du kannst ungestört im Homeoffice arbeiten und online präsentieren
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B, weil Du regelmäßig unterwegs sein wirst.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
