Was erwartet Dich?
- Als Teil unseres Projektmanagement-Teams bist Du der wichtigste Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden (Fokus NRW/Niedersachsen).
- Deine Hauptaufgabe ist es, unsere Softwareprodukte bei unseren Kunden erfolgreich einzuführen.
- Du planst, überwachst und steuerst die Kundenprojekte aus dem Homeoffice oder bist bei den Kunden vor Ort (30-50% Deiner Arbeitszeit).
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen prüfst Du, welche Schulungen beim Kunden notwendig sind und was wir an unseren Softwareprodukten anpassen können.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden in Bezug auf bildungsbezogene Prozesse und Veränderungsprojekte.
- Mit Deiner kompetenten, verbindlichen und sympathischen Art baust Du eine herzliche Kundenbeziehung auf und entwickelst unsere Beratungsmethoden weiter.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von digitalen Projekten, idealerweise mit einem Bildungsbackground oder bist sogar Nutzer der Software-Lösungen.
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse und Beratungskompetenz im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, bist gerne bei Kunden vor Ort und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch in der operativen Projektleitung.
- Du bist jemand mit hohen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend darstellen.
- Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit unseren Kunden. Außerdem kommunizierst und präsentierst Du gerne.
- Du hast Lust Dich permanent weiterzuentwickeln und immer das Beste zu geben.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
