Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die Koordination mit Lieferanten sowie Logistikdienstleistern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Materialgruppen- und Sourcing-Strategien
- Du analysierst und erschließt neue Beschaffungsmärkte und identifizierst neue strategische Lieferanten
- Darüber hinaus führst Du komplexe Anfragen durch und erstellst regelmäßige Angebotsvergleiche
- Du leitest Preisverhandlungen und bereitest Vergabeentscheidungen vor
- Du erstellst KPI-Reports für Controlling und Management
- Neben Deinen operativen Aufgaben kümmerst Du Dich gemeinsam mit dem Team um die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Operation-Bereichs
- Du identifizierst System- und Prozessschwächen und entwickelst Vorschläge zur Optimierung
- Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld: Du unterstützt unser internationales und dynamisches Wachstum mit der besonderen Herausforderung neue Prozesse in neuen Ländern zu etablieren

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung studiert und bringst praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder Beschaffung mit (idealerweise 5+ Jahre)
- Idealerweise kannst Du ein APICS Zertifikat vorweisen
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine analytische Herangehensweise an neue Aufgaben und Problemstellungen
- Dich reizen neue Projekte und Herausforderungen spornen Dich erst richtig an
- Du bist sowohl analytisch als auch konzeptionell stark und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und denkst prozessorientiert
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- MS-Office, insbesondere Excel beherrschst Du im Schlaf
