Personalsacharbeiter mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung & Gesundheitsmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst das operative Bewerbermanagement und die Pflege unserer Recruiting-Kanäle.
- Du verbesserst unsere On- und Offboarding-Prozesse und koordinierst diese operativ.
- In der Personalentwicklung erstellst Du Bedarfsanalysen, planst und organisierst Schulungen und verwaltest das interne Skill- und Wissensmanagement.
- Im Personalmanagement unterstützt Du das HR-Team bei sämtlichen administrativen Tätigkeiten, z. B. Vertragswesen, Zeugniserstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalakten.
- Du verantwortest das betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement und koordinierst verschiedene Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen.
- Du unterstützt uns in Teilzeit mit 60% also 25h die Woche.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Deine personalwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Deinen Bachelor im Bereich HR / Personalwesen hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Personalwesen gesammelt, gern in den Feldern Bewerbermanagement, Personalentwicklung und Gesundheitsmanagement.
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit.
- Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert.
- Mit Deiner aufgeschlossenen Art hast Du Spaß daran, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
