Your Responsibilities
- You are in charge of the full range of IT activities in Europe, including IT support, network, server security. This includes responsibility for the underlying infrastructure, i.e. people, systems, processes and procedures
- You manage business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems in the EU including needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation
- You select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- You manage full development lifecycle process for company in-house systems
- You ensure IT compliance with GDPR and local European regulations
- You manage EU IT budget, in alignment with the overall Company’s IT budget

Your Profile
- IT degree (IT Management studies preferred) or equivalent experience
- You have 10 years+ of working experience with detailed contemporary knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security, processes and software in Windows and Cloud-based environments
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and another European Language
- Excellent project management skills
- Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility
- Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of AD, Office 365, Windows server, web-based applications, RDBMS and ERP systems, especially in manufacturing environment, is a bonus

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
