Wir sind ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit der Aufgabe Reinraumkonzepte und Projektrealisierungen zu erstellen. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren massiv in Digitalisierung investiert, um die internen Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen weiterzuentwickeln. Um diese Investitionen neben dem laufenden Geschäft "mit Leben zu füllen", sind wir ab sofort auf der Suche nach Unterstützung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Als Projektassisstenz bist Du für die 3 Hauptgewerke der Reinraumtechnik zuständig: die bauliche Hülle, die Raumlufttechnik und die Automation (AT) inkl. MSR / Elektrotechnik.
- Du führst und pflegst eine aktive und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektingenieuren in den verschiedenen Bereichen
- Du stellst die reibungslose Abwicklung der internen Büroabläufe sicher
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung und Projektleitung
- Du unterstützt beim Kunden-, Projekt- und Lieferantenmanagement und trägst zur Qualitätssicherung bei
- Du bist verantwortlich für eine enge abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Du übernimmst technische (70%) sowie kaufmännische (30%) Tätigkeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) und bist staatl. geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) oder hast bereits einen Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Reinraumtechnik oder Gebäudetechnik
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis mit und hast Lust auf Abwechslung und Vielfalt in einem spannenden Aufgabenfeld
- Erste Arbeitserfahrungen sind wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung
- Die Arbeitszeit würde sich geschätzt zu 30% aus fachlichen Themen und zu 70% aus Projektthemen zusammensetzen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
