Was erwartet dich?
Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Erstellung von Vertragsübersichten und Monitoring der verschiedensten Vertragstypen (sowohl kundenseitig als auch lieferantenseitig)
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der CMS Software
- Bei anstehenden Rechtsprojekten wirst du stark miteinbezogen und trägst eigene Verantwortung (Projektmanagement)
- Du hilfst uns bei der Etablierung von Prozessen zur Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von internen sowie externen Anfragen
- Solltest du juristische Erfahrung mitbringen, wirst du bei aufkommenden Rechtsfragen unterstützen, beispielsweise durch Recherchen oder der rechtlichen Dokumentenpflege
- Du unterstützt die Produktentwicklung aus rechtlicher Sicht

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester deines Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht oder LL.B Studiums
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit verschiedenen Vertragstypen mit durch bisherige Praktika oder Werkstudentenstellen
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Contract Management Systemen gesammelt
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, mit einem hohen Maß an Genauigkeit und Spaß an "Detektivarbeit"
- Du fühlst dich sicher in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, auch aus nicht juristischen Bereichen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C2 und Englisch auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
