Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Du wickelst selbstständig die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie die Verbuchung der anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle ab
- Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, überprüfst die Kundenbonität und übernimmst das Kreditmanagement
- Du verantwortest das Mahnwesen, die Kontierung der Kontoauszüge, die Zahlungsavise und andere Belege
- Du prüfst und verbuchst Reisekosten- / Kreditkartenabrechnungen, pflegst und führst die Kontenabstimmung durch, klärst Differenzen und stellst somit die korrekte Abbildung der Geschäftsvorfälle sicher
- Du optimierst Buchhaltungsprozesse, sowie diverse interne Prozesse und Abläufe
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für externe Kunden und Kollegen, insbesondere aus Vertriebs- und Serviceabteilungen

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP R/3 (Modul FI) und hast sichere Anwendungskenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere MS Excel
- Du bringst umfassende Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB sowie gute Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, vorausschauend und engagiert
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Zahlenaffinität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Denkweise aus
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsfähig, zuverlässig und belastbar

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
