Deine Aufgaben:
- Hands on Unterstützung des Operations Team in diversen Aufgabenbereichen
- Optimierung operativer Entscheidungen in der Materialbeschaffung und im Warenfluss
- Mitentwicklung und Pflege von BI Tools zum verbesserten SKU Management
- Mitbetreuung des gesamten Supply Chain Management Zyklus – Planung, Beschaffung, Bestandsmanagement, Produktion, Transport und Retouren.
- Mitbetreuung und Pflege des Warenwirtschaftssystems (Xentral)
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer Online und Offline Sales Kanäle, mit Fokus auf Amazon FBA

Dein Profil:
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit sehr guten Excel-Kenntnissen und einer Affinität zu Zahlen
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessmodellierung und -optimierung sind von Vorteil
- Geschick bei der Bewertung und Lösung von Problemen
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Leidenschaft spontan auftretenden Herausforderungen mit unseren Produktions- und Logistikpartnern zu lösen
- Mindestens 6 Monate Zeit
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind verhandlungssicher und du fühlst dich wohl im Alltag Englisch zu sprechen

Bei uns dreht sich alles um leckeres, gesundes und nachhaltiges Essen. Genauer gesagt um Porridge. 2016 folgten unsere Gründer Caroline und Tim ihrem Traum zu zeigen, dass gesundes Frühstück auch schmecken kann. In der Zwischenzeit ist einiges passiert. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
