About the company
Become part of a PE-backed pharma start-up in the heart of Munich and ensure patient access to affordable and safe medication globally! CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), while widely unknown, produce approx. 25% of drugs available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow. We were founded in 2020 to build a leading global CDMO player in the Small Molecule space. We are pursuing an ambitious Buy&Build growth strategy: within the next three-five years, we will acquire and integrate pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America to become a market leader in the CDMO segment. In the last year, we grew the team from three to c. 400 people, partnered with Scandinavian PE, FSN Capital, and a leading German Family Office, Prange Group, and acquired three production sites in Germany, France, and Japan. We are always looking for smart, driven, and fun people to join our team and support us in our vision.
