Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den Bau des SWN FTTH-Netz in zugewiesenen Ausbaugebieten (insbesondere die Tiefbau- und Montageleistungen) sowie die zeit- und qualitätsgerechte Bauausführung
- Sie führen und überwachen Dienstleister, entwickeln und optimieren Bauabläufe in einheitlichen Strukturen
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung und regelmäßige Überprüfung aller baurechtlichen Pflichten und nehmen die Bauherrenpflicht war
- Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte Projektdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Büro-Team

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung oder über eine durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse zu den Anforderungen für die Sicherheit auf Baustellen, zu den Bedingungen der VOB und Grundkenntnisse der einschlägigen Gesetze und Vorschriften des Tiefbauwesens
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung und zeigen Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit zu den Projekten vor Ort
- Idealerweise haben Sie kaufmännische Kenntnisse und können auf Englisch kommunizieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
