Customer Relationship Team Lead / Business Intelligence (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bis verantwortlich für den Customer Service und bildest die Schnittstelle zu Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product Development & Operations
- Du bildest eines unserer wichtigsten Wachstums-Standbeine, indem du unsere Kunden zu Emma-Markenbotschaftern machst und so Umsatzpotenziale erschließt
- Durch fundierte (Root Cause-) Analysen identifizierst du Potenziale zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit, priorisierst diese und setzt sie mit deinem Team um
- Du entwickelst unser System für eine ansprechende und proaktive Kundenkommunikation weiter und optimierst dieses dauerhaft
- Du leitest und strukturierst unseren internen Customer Service und stellst die Steuerung unserer externen Callcenter sicher

Dein Profil:
- Du hast Dein Studium an einer Hochschule oder Universität (Bachelor oder Master) in einem relevanten Studiengang mit sehr guten Leistungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bist analytisch stark und hast eine Affinität für Zahlen
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer und hast ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und denkst prozessorientiert
- Du hast den Drive, etwas bewegen zu wollen und gibst dafür Vollgas
- Erste Führungserfahrung und/ oder Start-Up-Erfahrung sind ein Plus
- Du hast gute MS Office Kenntnisse (besonders in Excel)
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
