Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren und steuern eigenverantwortlich neue Wohnbauprojekte bis zur mangelfreien Übergabe
- Sie wirken bei der Erarbeitung von Nutzungskonzepten und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen mit und koordinieren Genehmigungsverfahren
- Sie führen die internen und externen Projektteams zielführend
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Prüfung und Freigabe der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung
- Sie verhandeln und bereiten Einzel- und GU-Verträge vor
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit sicher
- Sie überwachen den relevanten Schriftverkehr während der Bauphase und sind letzte Instanz der Rechnungsprüfung vor der Freigabe durch die Geschäftsleitung
- Sie erarbeiten strukturelle und bauökonomische Optimierungsprozesse und organisieren interne und externe Schnittstellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Architektur / Bauingenieurwesen etc.) oder fundierte technische Ausbildung (Bautechniker / Handwerksmeister etc.)
- Sie besitzen bereits Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise im Bereich von Wohnbauprojekten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1 Level)
- Sie sind eine begeisterungsfähige, engagierte und akkurat arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischem Talent sowie professionellem Auftreten
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert gepaart mit einer unternehmerischem Denkweise und lösungsorientiertem Handeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus
- Ein versierter Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen rundet Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
