Was erwartet dich?
- Du startest deinen individuellen Karriereweg als Finanzberater und wirst erfolgreich - nach dem Praktikum besteht die Möglichkeit, ein fester Teil des Teams zu werden und bei uns durchzustarten
- Bei uns durchläufst du all unsere Bereiche der Finanzplanung am Standort
- Du bekommst individuelles Coaching rund um das Thema Verkauf (Call Training, Basics der Finanzberatung etc.)
- Bei uns erlebst und lernst du Neues. Alles was du zum Thema Finanzdienstleistung wissen musst, bringen wir dir bei.
- Du lernst deine Stärken kennen und baust diese weiter aus und erschließt dir Kontakt zu hoch angesehenen Netzwerken.
- In der kompletten Zeit bekommst du einen Mentor an die Hand mit dem du deine Beratungsfähigkeiten optimieren kannst.

- Du bist Student/in in einem fortgeschrittenen Semester oder Absolvent/in einer Hochschule und bist interessiert an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
- Idealerweise konntest du erste Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und Finanzen sammeln
- Du arbeitest fleißig, zielstrebig, ehrgeizig und umsetzungsstark

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
