Was Dich erwartet?
Du erhältst die volle Verantwortung im Vertrieb, von der ersten Identifizierung der Leads bis zum Abschluss. Zu den Hauptaufgaben innerhalb Deines Teams gehören:
- Du startest und bahnst neue Unternehmenspartnerschaften an
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung und das Management von bestehenden, strategisch wichtigen Partnern
- Du definierst Strategien zur Erreichung und Sicherung der Vertriebsziele für Sales (Verträge, Umsatz und Net Revenue)
- Du übernimmst die Kundenbetreuung sowie die Kundenqualifizierung
- Du organisierst Treffen und Anrufe mit Kunden und übernimmst die KPI-Verfolgung und Lead-Generierung

Sales ist Deine Leidenschaft. Du wachst morgens voller Ideen und begierig zu arbeiten auf. Deine kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten sind erstklassig, ebenso wie Dein KPI-basiertes Denken. Die Arbeit in einem Startup macht Dich glücklich, denn jeder Tag ist anders. Du gehst gerne kreativ vor und scheust Dich nicht, neue Ideen intern und gegenüber (potenziellen) Kunden vorzubringen. Dein persönliches Netzwerk umfasst viele Entscheidungsträger. Englisch und Deutsch auf höchstem Niveau sind für Dich kein Problem.
- Eine starke Leidenschaft für Sales und dem Closen neuer Deals
- Ein vielfältiges Netzwerk an Markenmanagern in großen Unternehmen - u.a. arbeiten wir bereits zusammen mit bekannten Brands wie Four Seasons, Polestar, Tyrol, IKEA, Amstel
- Erfahrung mit Marken, idealerweise aus einer Medienagentur oder einem ähnlichen Arbeitsumfeld

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
