Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (+ 5 Jahre)
- Du hast mehrere Backends für den Produktiveinsatz geschrieben und kennst Dich mit Microservices aus
- Dependency-Injection und Separation of Concerns
- In Deinem Programmierstil legst Du viel Wert auf Immutability und die Reduktion von Prädikaten
- Die OWASP common Vulnerabilities sind Dir bekannt und Du kennst mögliche Mitigationsmaßnahmen
- Für unsere Web-UIs setzen wir auf Angular
- Unsere Services werden als Docker-Container deployed. Du solltest somit fit in k8s oder einer vergleichbaren Technologie sein
- Die Server nutzen Linux. Die Shell sollte Dich somit nicht ins Schwitzen bringen
- Du weißt, was zu einem JVM Build-System dazugehört: M2-Repositories, CI, Maven oder Gradle, Container-Registries
- Du liest viel über Software-Technologien und probierst Dich auch abseits des Arbeitsplatzes daran aus
- Langjährige Erfahrung, die Dich sehr eigenständig arbeiten lässt
- Den Wunsch Dich kontinuierlich weiterbilden zu wollen
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Ansible und vielleicht sogar Terraform
- Weitere Technologien, in denen Dein Know-How höchst willkommen wäre, finden sich in: Cassandra, Event Sourcing (vielleicht sogar schon mit Kafka), einer JMS Implementierung (wie ActiveMQ), HAProxy, OpenID Connect, Flyway, jOOQ, ELK oder EFK, Netty und allem, was im Backend sonst noch Spaß macht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
