Your Responsibilities
- Identifying barriers and bottlenecks within the company in close interaction with the teams
- Leading the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process to scale and grow our company
- Taking care about continuous employee development and personal growth
- Taking care about employer branding and the team culture
- Operational supporting the founders in internal and external day-to-day tasks
- Collaborating with executive team members to structure company wide initiatives

Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience with human resources and recruiting (at best in a high performance environment, e.g. start-up or management consultancy) and are a passionate HR generalist to lead the people & culture team on our way to 100+ people company
- You have good knowledge in all areas of personnel and talent management as well as good knowledge of employment law
- You have excellent strategic mindset, analytical skills and value the ability to measure the success of your work using key figures
- You have experience with creating processes regarding "employee development"
- You have the ability to diffuse challenging situations using strong interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent fluency in both English and German
- You know that Java is more than an Island

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
