Was Sie erwartet?
- Sie übernehmen die Sicherstellung des Betriebes und der Instandhaltung von Baukonstruktion und gebäudetechnischen Anlagen gemäß BetrSichV
- Sie planen und durchführen Gebäudesanierungs, Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
- Sie übernehmen die Objektplanung und Ingenieurleistungen gem. §§ 33 – 37 und Baukoordination gem. §§ 53 – 56 HOAI der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9
- Sie durchführen Planungen und erstellen Ausschreibungen zu allen Hochbaugewerken und Sanierungen nach TRGS 519 und TRGS 521
- Sie übernehmen den Einsatz im Rufdienst und sind Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo)

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Bauingenieursstudium, Fachrichtung Hochbau oder technische Gebäudeausrüstung und berufliche Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der HOAI
- Eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu transportieren
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und Google G-Suite sowie Führerschein der Klasse B
- Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in SAP
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
