Als Procurement-Manager bist Du Teil des Transformation Office. Der Report erfolgt an den Chief Transformation Officer. Innerhalb der neu aufgebauten Einkaufsorganisation treibst du die Entwicklung von Beschaffungsstrategien für unterschiedliche Produktkategorien in verschiedenen Ländern voran.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du definierst und setzt Beschaffungsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern um
- Du realisierst Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagements und stellst die Erreichung von Compliance-Zielen unter Nutzung von Strategien, Richtlinien und Prozessen sicher
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung von Strategien, Plänen und Zielen für die Beschaffungskategorie inklusive Risikobewertung, Lieferantenbasisbewertung und Management der Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Du übernimmst die Konsolidierung der Anforderungen
- Du durchführst Best Practices Benchmarks zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsinitiativen sowie entwickelst Du interne und externe Analysen (Industrie und Zulieferer)
- Du implementierst Verträge und überwachst deren Einhaltung
- Du durchführst Ausgabenanalysen und Beschaffungsreports

Dein Profil:
- Master-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Beschaffung oder Recht bzw. eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Mind. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffungsmethoden, Partnering, Kategoriemanagement, Lieferantenauswahl, Verhandlung und Auftragsvergabe
- Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Beschaffungsmethoden (Ausgabenanalyse, P2P-Einkaufskanäle) und Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Präsentations und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Handlungs- und Lösungsorientierung, hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und erhöhte Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
