Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung dieser Putztuchbetriebe mitsamt allen Teilbereichen wie Wäsche, Eingang, Qualitätskontrolle, Versand und Fahrzeugbeladung
- Sie organisieren, steuern und überwachen alle operativen Abläufe inklusive dem Beschaffen und dem wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe
- Sie arbeiten engagiert daran, Ihre Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
- Sie wählen alle dort eingebunden Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) aus und motivieren und fördern sie, um eine optimale Personalplanung sicherzustellen
