Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Assistenzaufgaben der Vertriebsleitung
- Du arbeitest dich in unser CRM Programm ein und wirst Expert:in der Kundendatenbank
- Du bereitest Meetings vor und übernimmst ebenfalls die Nachbereitung
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Forecasts
- Du setzt konsequent die Vertriebsprozesse um und übernimmst verantwortungsbewusst das Controlling
- Du trägst zur Optimierung der internen Vertriebsprozesse bei und betreust diese
- Du unterstützt die Vertriebsleitung beim Recruiting von weiteren Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen und Aufbau des Sales-Teams
- Du unterstützt Projektarbeiten im Vertrieb sowie weitere administrative Aufgaben

- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im Vertrieb als Vertriebsassistenz
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting, die ist allerdings kein Muss
- Du hast ein gutes Organisationsvermögen und eine sehr gewissenhafte Persönlichkeitsausprägung
- Du glaubst mehr den Zahlen als den Aussagen
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Du bringst sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist absolut zuverlässig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
