Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erarbeitest und konzipiert Marketingaktivitäten (z. B. saisonale Werbekampagnen)
- Du steuerst operative Projekte aus den Bereichen Trade Marketing, u.a.: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von POS- und Werbematerialien sowie Erstellung von POS "goodies", Planung und Umsetzung von Events, z. B. Handels-Promotions oder Messeauftritte (Trade), Zusteuern von Material für Handels-Maßnahmen (Landingpages, Kataloge, Mailings, Magazine etc.)
- Du arbeitest an der Erstellung des Trade Marketing Plans mit - in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebs- und Kampagnen-Team
- Du verwaltest und kontrollierst die von dir verantworteten Projektbudgets - in Absprache mit der Marketingleitung
- Du steuerst projektweise externe Partnern (Agenturen, Druckereien, Produktionsbüros etc.)
- Du wertest Marketingaktivitäten aus und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab, kümmerst dich um KPI tracking and performance reporting

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Multi-Channel Trade Marketing – entweder in einer Agentur oder auf Unternehmensseite; erste Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Kids- oder Familienmarketing wären das Sahnehäubchen
- Du bist ein zielstrebiger Organisator und stets in der Lage, als zentraler Angelpunkt für alle beteiligten Gewerke den Überblick zu bewahren
- Du liebst es als kreativer Kopf, Konzepte auszubaldowern - im Team, mit externen Partnern oder indem du selbst eins schreibst
- Du bist in der Lage, sowohl die Marken- als auch die KPI-Perspektive einzunehmen und beide optimal auszubalancieren
- Du bist durch und durch kundenorientiert und immer bereit, die Extrameile zu gehen, um Deine Kunden glücklich zu machen
- Und das Wichtigste: Du bist genauso begeistert wie wir, möchtest etwas ganz Neues schaffen und bei unserer aufregenden Reise dabei sein!

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
