Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und betreuen unsere Baustellen in den Bereichen Sanitär / Heizung / Klima / Lüftung vor Ort
- Sie führen Ihr Montage- und Nachunternehmerteams kosten-, qualitäts- und zielorientiert für eine vertragsgerechte Umsetzung unserer Projekte
- Sie erstellen vertragsgerechte Abrechnungsgrundlagen in Form von Aufmaßen
- Sie verfügen über die Material- und Personaldisposition
- Sie stimmen sich direkt mit unseren Projektleitern ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klimatechnik und Lüftungstechnik
- Alternativ freuen wir uns über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation aus dem Bereich Gas-Wasser-Installation, Heizungs- und Lüftungsbau
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Sanitär / Heizung / Klima / Lüftung sind für sie selbstverständlich
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2 Sprachniveau (Applicants must be fluent in German language, at least language level B2)
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung mit Projekten im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, sowie dem industriellen Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
