Was erwartet dich?
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartal- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verwaltung der Kreditkartenausgaben der Mitarbeitern mithilfe der digitalen Kostenmanagementsoftware "Spendesk"
- Verantwortung für Kontierung, Verbuchung und Prüfung von laufenden Geschäftsvorfällen und Kreditoren
- Zahlungsverkehr der Kreditoren abwickeln
- Buchung und Prüfung der Banken
- Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, DATEV und sowie Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365 Business Central sind ein Plus
- Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Souveränes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
