Was Dich erwartet?
Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Konzeption und eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Web- und Digitalprojekten für unterschiedliche Verbandskunden – vom Website-Relaunch bis zur laufenden Website-Betreuung. Als Organisationstalent und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Team sorgst Du für den nötigen Überblick und führst die Projekte lösungsorientiert zum Erfolg.
- Konzeption und Steuerung von Web- und Digitalprojekten für unterschiedliche Verbände
- Ansprechpartner für unterschiedliche Verbandskunden zum Thema Web- und Digital
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Webdevelopment (intern und extern)
- Koordination des Projektteams, Qualitätssicherung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Leistungserbringung
- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Angeboten, Bestellungen, Rechnungen
- Monitoring und ggf. Anpassung interner Prozesse, Evaluation von neuen Tools zur Projektunterstützung

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafs)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation/Marketing/ Medien oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Digital-Umfeld
- Mindestens zweijährige fundierte Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Planung und interdisziplinären Umsetzung von Websites (idealerweise für Verbände und NGOs)
- Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement und der gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden/Tools
- Erfahrungen in Content-Management-Systemen, idealerweise in WordPress
- Basiswissen in Analytics und SEO sowie grundlegende Methodenkompetenz zur Steuerung von Integration, Scope, Timings, Kosten, QA und Risiken
- Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Gespür für Kundenwünsche und Kundenführung
- Hervorragender sprachlicher und schriftlicher Ausdruck in Deutsch
