- Sie betreuen Mitarbeiter:innen bei Hard- und Softwarefragen
- Sie übernehmen Einrichtung, Wartung und Support von Clients und Servern
- Sie stellen die reibungslosen Betriebsabläufe sicher (Verantwortung für Backup & Desaster Recovery)
- Sie bauen die IT-Infrastruktur weiter
- Sie übernehmen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Firewallsysteme , Netzwerk Hardening, Fehr- und Leistungsanalyse sowie Störungsbehebung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Servern/ Clients, Active Directory und Linux-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Server Virtualisierung (VMware) & SDS sowie im Bereich Office 365
- Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (Routing, NAT, TCP/IP, VLAN), Erfahrung mit Sophos UTM Lösungen von Vorteil und idealerweise Kenntnisse in JIRA und Confluence
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
- Gründliches und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie ein serviceorientiertes Arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
