Was erwartet Dich?
- Du arbeitest maßgeblich an der grafischen Weiterentwicklung des User Interfaces mit, sowohl im Web als auch in unseren Apps.
- Du unterstützt das Produkt-Management bei der Entwicklung neuer Ideen und verwandelst sie bei Bedarf in interaktive Click-Dummys.
- In der Testphase validierst und optimierst Du die Konzepte und sorgst damit für eine herausragende Usability und eine überzeugende User Experience.
- Bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Usability-Tests bist Du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Produkt-Management und der Entwicklung.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich User Experience Design und Konzeption für Web und Mobile, idealerweise im E-Commerce.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Usability-Tests.
- Du verfügst über ein ausgezeichnetes Gespür für gutes Design.
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge auf das Wesentliche herunterbrechen.
- Gängige Grafikprogramme wie Photoshop oder Illustrator gehören zu Deinem Handwerkszeug.
- Auch Prototyping-Tools wie Axure, Sketch und InVision beherrschst Du souverän.
- Du behältst die Realisierbarkeit Deiner Konzepte stets im Blick.
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Interaction Design, Informationsdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Du bist noch kein Experte für Luxusuhren? Keine Sorge, wir bringen Dir alles Wissenswerte bei.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
