Was Sie erwartet?
- Fallabschließende Sachbearbeitung im Themengebiet Versicherungs- und Beitragsrecht (Pflichtversicherung, KVdR, ALG I und ALG II, Auslandsrecht, Versorgungsbezüge)
- Telefonische und persönliche Betreuung und Beratung der Versicherten und Interessenten (nach Einbeziehung durch den Ansprechpartner)
- Vorbereitung von Widerspruchsunterlagen
- Teilnahme an den regelmäßigen Jour Fixen des Teams
- Einarbeitung von Kollegen, Auszubildenden, Hospitanten nach Weisung des TL.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Ausbildung zum Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung/-erfahrung
- Sichere und umfassende Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht und angrenzendem Recht
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Sachbearbeitung der Privatkundenthemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ISKV 21c, D3, ListView, GPS_KV und SABIO ist von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Standardsoftware MS Office (Excel, Word und Outlook)
- Gute mathematische Kenntnisse
- Gutes schriftliches und mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen und sichere Rechtschreibung
- Hohe Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft bzw. Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung
- Kooperations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
