Was Sie erwartet?
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des bestehenden Berichts- und Vertriebscontrollings
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kennzahlen und Reports
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Kalkulationsgrundlagen
- Nachverfolgung der Zielerreichung
- Budgetierung von div. Bereichen, Überprüfung von Kostenstellen
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Kommunikation mit den Vertriebsteams
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Planungs- und Forecastprozesse
- Proaktiver Ansprechpartner für Management und den Vertriebsaußendienst
- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Markt-/ Kunden-/ Produkt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Koordination, Planung und Teilnahme an Vertriebsterminen und Sales Meetings
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM- und ERP-Systems
- Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Partnern
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung im administrativen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlen-, IT und Prozessverständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Produkten des MS-Office-Pakets ist für Sie selbstverständlich (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Gute Team-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Professioneller Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
- Umsetzungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Ihr Englisch ist gut (und abrufbar)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
