Als Werkstudent für Marktforschung im Consulting & Recruiting (m/w/d) bist du von Beginn an in alle Phasen unserer Projekte eingebunden. Du arbeitest mit dem (Research) Consulting an komplexen Aufträgen zusammen und bist somit für eine zeitnahe und erfolgreiche Umsetzung verantwortlich.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Consulting während des gesamten Projektzeitraums
- Du erstellst die Zielfirmenliste in Zusammenarbeit mit der Lead-Beratung
- Du bist für Identifikation und direkte Ansprache qualifizierter Kandidat:innen (Telefonident und Direct Search bei Xing, LinkedIn, Google etc.) inklusive Einholung des Feedbacks mit entsprechenden Bewerbungsunterlagen verantwortlich
- Du nimmst die Datenbankrecherche und Ansprache von bereits bekannten Kandidat:innen auf die jeweilige Position vor
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Shortlists für Kund:innen mit
- Du bist für Kontaktpflege und Korrespondenz zu Kandidat:innen sowie Identifikation potenzieller neuer Mandanten zuständig
- Du führst von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
- Du erstellst Stellenanzeigen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist in einem Wirtschafts- oder Geisteswissenschaftlichen Studium eingeschrieben und verfügst idealerweise über erste praktische Berufserfahrung
- Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten aus
- Du hast großes Interesse an Positionen aus den Bereichen der Bau- und Immobilienbranche
- Du punktest mit einer offenen und empathischen Persönlichkeit sowie einer eigenständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche bei uns arbeiten

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
