Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und coachst dein Team standortübergreifend, bestehend aus 7 tollen Persönlichkeiten in Dresden, Berlin und Essen
- Du übernimmst das Consulting und Betreuen von Kunden bzgl. geeigneter Kampagnenstrategien
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Digital Sales Consultants zusammen, um dem Ziel der Bestandskundenentwicklung und Neukundengewinnung Antrieb zu geben
- Du bereitest Kundentermine auf C-Level und der Vorstandsebene vor und begleitest diese
- Du führst Projekte durch, wie Marktforschungsanalysen, Automatisierung von Abläufen, Datawarehouse-Analysen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Umfeld Marketing bzw. Wirtschaft oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung in diesem Bereich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Führen eines Teams mit
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Programmatic Advertising
- Du kennst dich im besten Fall mit dem Aussteuern von Crosschannel-Kampagnen aus
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie CRM-Systemen wie z.B. Sales Force und digitalen Organisationstools.
- Du kennst dich mit Analyse-Tools aus z.B. Google Analytics, semrush, Looker, searchmetrics.
- Du telefonierst für dein Leben gern und hast Spaß am Präsentieren
- Du bist kommunikationsstark sowohl in deutscher, als auch in englischer Sprache und findest stets die richtige Tonalität.
