Was erwartet Dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Einführung von CMS-Systemen
- Du erarbeitest mit unseren Kunden Konzepte zur Modularisierung, Variantensteuerung und der optimalen Nutzung des CMS-Systems
- Du konfigurierst das System kundenspezifisch und führst dementsprechende Systemtests durch
- Du stehst in unserem Team als kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) mit Deinem Know-how zur Verfügung
- Du erstellst Layouts für unterschiedliche Inhalte oder Dokumentarten auf Basis von kundenspezifischen Vorgaben
- Du arbeitest dazu u. a. in spezifischen Layoutprogrammen, in denen über XPath-Befehle oder CSS-Stylesheets das Layout angepasst werden kann

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss als Technischer Redakteur oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker, Wirtschaftsinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung (m/w/d)
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen mit dem CMS-System SCHEMA ST4 mit
- Du bist freundlich und offen im Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, die Du als Berater/in und Coach vor Ort oder am Telefon unterstützt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine gute Selbstorganisation
- Du zeigst eine eigenständige, strukturierte und insbesondere gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Du gehst bei Deiner Arbeit selbstständig, systematisch, gewissenhaft und effizient vor
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und bist neugierig auf unsere Projekte und Kunden
- Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Programme und Technologien ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
