Was Dich erwartet?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich verschiedene Modellierungs- und Analyseprojekte.
- Deine Arbeit basiert dabei auf unseren Marktplatzdaten und Deinen Methoden-Kenntnissen.
- Du bereitest Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen auf und wendest dabei Deine Feature-Engineering-Kenntnisse an.
- Bei der Umsetzung von statistischen Modellen und Modell-Prototypen liegt Dein Fokus stets auf der praktischen Anwendbarkeit.
- Du führst statistisch belastbare Analysen und Simulationen durch und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren Produktmanagern, dem Analytics-Team und dem Technology-Team zusammen.
- Du berätst andere Teams und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Produkte durch die clevere Verwendung von Daten noch erfolgreicher zu machen.

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- In Deinem Studium dreht sich alles um Statistik, Informatik, Ökonomie, Mathematik oder Physik.
- Du hast sehr gute Statistik- und Modellbildungs-Kenntnisse und kennst Dich im Idealfall auch mit Ökonometrie aus.
- Du hast optimalerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenaufbereitung, Feature-Engineering, quantitative Methoden und multivariate Daten-Analyse.
- Begriffe wie Konfidenzintervall, Bootstrapping, Zeitreihen, logistische Regression, Decision-Tree oder Random-Forest sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Du kennst Dich mit mindestens einer Data Science-Sprache (bspw. R oder Python) und SQL aus, bist internetaffin und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel.
- Komplexe Sachverhalte kommunizierst Du klar und verständlich und Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Anwendungs- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie Neugierde und Präzision runden Dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
