Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung und Kontrolle der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere mittelständischen Mandanten
- Als direkter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) betreuen Sie eigenverantwortlich einen definierten Mandantenkreis bei laufenden lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie der abrechnungsrelevante Schriftverkehr mit Krankenkassen, der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Sozialämtern etc. wird eigenständig von Ihnen geführt
- Sie wirken mit bei der Implementierung von Personalsystemen in die vorhandenen Abrechnungssysteme (bspw. "Personio HR", „WebCenter“, „Bamboo HR“)

- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung sowie im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sie zeigen großes Engagement und Eigeninitiative sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sie haben ein souveränes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel) und gängigen Lohnsoftwareprogrammen ("ADDISON Lohn & Gehalt", „SBS Lohn plus“, „Datev – Lohn und Gehalt“) sind Sie sicher
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Personalstammdatenpflege mit verschiedenen Softwarelösungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
