Zur Durchführung von Workshops und Betreuung von Schulen suchen wir freiberufliche Trainer/Coaches & Area-Manager (m/w/d) in Niedersachsen.
Was erwartet Dich?
Deine Aufgaben als Coach/Trainer:
- Du bist Referent bei den Workshops für Lehrkräfte zu den Modulen Bewegung, Ernährung, Brainfitness, Stressresilienz und Verhältnisprävention
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Schulen, unterstützt die Projektleitung in der Schulakquise und beim Schulhandling
- Du organisierst und unterstützt Workshops für Lehrkräfte
- Du planst und führst Aktionstage an Schulen durch, vermittelst fit4future-Medieninhalte an den Schulen und unterstützt bei der Evaluation

Dein Profil als Coach/Trainer:
- Du hast einen staatlich anerkannten Studienabschluss mit Bezug zu Gesundheit und Prävention (Vorgaben der §§ 20 und 20a SGB V und insbesondere des Handlungsleitfadens Prävention).
- Im Speziellen bringst du folgendes mit:
- Für das Modul Bewegung: Einen staatlich anerkannten Studienabschluss im Bereich Bewegung, insbesondere Sportwissenschaftler (mit Abschluss Diplom, Staatsexamen, Magister, Master, Bachelor), Sport- und Gymnastiklehrer, Ärzte
- Für das Modul Ernährung: Einen staatlich anerkannten Studienabschluss im Bereich Ernährung, insbesondere Diätassistenten, Oecotrophologen (Abschlüsse Diplom, Master, Bachelor), Ernährungswissenschaftler (Abschlüsse Diplom, Master, Bachelor), Ernährungs- und Hygienetechniker (Abschlüsse Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor) mit themenbezogener Zusatzqualifikation sowie Ärzte mit Fortbildungsnachweis in Ernährungsmedizin
- Für das Modul Brainfitness: Du bist Fachkraft aus dem Bereich der psychosozialen Gesundheit, mit einem Studienabschluss, insbesondere Psychologen, Pädagogen, Sozialpädagogen sowie Sozialarbeiter (Abschlüsse Diplom, Magister, Bachelor), Sozialwissenschaftler (Abschlüsse Diplom, Magister, Master, Bachelor), Gesundheitswissenschaftler (Abschlüsse Diplom, Magister, Master, Bachelor), Ärzte
- du hast eine Zusatzfortbildung im Bereich Stressmanagement (NLP + Mental Coaching) o.Ä. absolviert und zeigen Reisebereitschaft
- Du bist offen, freundlich, kommunikativ, flexibel und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast einen staatlich anerkannten Studienabschluss mit Bezug zu Gesundheit und Prävention, siehe Profil Coach/Trainer (Vorgaben der §§ 20 und 20a SGB V und insbesondere des Handlungsleitfadens Prävention)
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozess- und Projektmanagement

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
