- Beratung von Kunden, Führen von Kundenkontakten.
- Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten.
- Führen von Auftragsverhandlungen.
- Projektleitung in geringem Umfang.
- Optional: Führungsverantwortung für ein Bauleiterteam (3-4 Mitarbeiter).

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur oder Architekt
und/oder Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Kalkulator im Flachdachbau. - Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungs- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB und Fachregeln.
- EDV-Kenntnisse MS-Office und gängiger Bausoftware
Führerschein Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
