Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (w/m/d) für unseren Standort Augsburg
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Einführung von IT-Lösungen zur automatisierten Verarbeitung der Kommunikation über Brief, E-Mail, Web-Anwendungen und Mobile-Apps
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der System-Konfiguration und Software-Installation
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden bezüglich der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben
- Erstellung von Konzepten und System-Architekturen für den Einsatz unserer Produkte und Lösungen
- Dokumentation der erstellten System-Lösungen
- Einweisung und Schulung der IT-Administratoren bei unseren Kunden
- Support unserer ausgelieferten Software-Anwendungen (1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level)
- Mitwirkung beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau unseres Produkt- und Lösungsportfolios durch Abgleich mit Kunden- bzw. Marktanforderungen

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. äquivalenter Studiengänge oder eine adäquate Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software-Implementierung
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich des Input-Managements
- Versierter Umgang mit C# und VB.NET
- Ausgeprägtes Team- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Entwicklung von Lösungen
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, bei Bedarf auch beim Kunden vor Ort (deutschlandweit)
- Detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
