Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) Schadstoffsanierung / Teamleitung / Bauwesen
Was Sie erwartet?
- Verantwortungsvolle Baustellenabwicklung gemeinsam mit einem Bauleiter in der Schadstoffsanierung und Entsorgung toxischer Baustoffe – wie Asbest-, PCB- oder Schimmelschäden in Wohnungen, öffentlichen Gebäuden und Industrieanlagen
- Betreuung des Baustellenpersonals (eigene Mitarbeiter und Nachunternehmer)
- Personal-, Material- und Geräteeinsatzkoordinierung auf der Baustelle
- Berichtswesen intern (Bauleitung) und extern (Auftraggeber)
- Organisation und Prüfung der Materiallieferungen und Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Qualitätskontrolle und Arbeitsschutz

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bauhandwerk sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen als Vorarbeiter
- Sachkunde für Asbestsanierung gemäß TRGS 519, TRGS 524 (BGR 128) wünschenswert
- Kunden- und unternehmensorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch (Applicants must be fluent in German language)
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie Montage-/Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschland
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches, respektvolles, kompetentes Auftreten
- Führerschein Klasse B (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
