- Sie übernehmen die professionelle Rehabilitationspflege von Patientinnen und Patienten der verschiedenen Bereiche
- Sie gewährleisten die qualitative und quantitative Mitarbeit am interdisziplinären Behandlungsprozess
- Sie erfassen die Pflegeanamnese und betreuen in Pflegesituationen durch verschiedene Handlungs- und Lösungswege und begleiten die Auszubildenden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Berufsbildnerin

- Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen Berufserfahrung in der Rehabilitation mit Schwerpunkt Neurologie mit
- Sie zeigen Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist organisiert, effizient und flexibel
- Sie sind sozial kompetent im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
