Unser Venture Team sharcx entwickelt cloud-basierte analytische Services, welche B2B-Verkäufer ermöglichen Umsätze durch eine automatische Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern. Die Datenanalyse-Engine wird die Kundenabwanderung verringern, die Kundenzufriedenheit (z.B. NPS®) verbessern und den Customer Lifetime Value erhöhen. Wir wollen sharcx nun auf die nächste Stufe bringen. Wir suchen einen motivierten Full-Stack Developer und Solution Architect (m/w/d) mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen. Was erwartet Dich?

Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Backend- und Frontend Development
Du bist für die Solution Architektur unserer Customer Experience Software verantwortlich
Du fällst Entscheidungen und bist für die technologische Ausstattung der sharcx Suite verantwortlich
Du arbeitest benötigte Development Skills in Abstimmung mit der Produkt-Roadmap aus
Du bewertest potentielle Kandidaten auf Basis Deiner Erfahrungen aus der technischen Perspektive
Du gestaltest einen agilen Entwicklungsprozess und eine strukturierte Bereitstellungspipeline
Du bist erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für das Customer IT Team sowie IT Entscheidungsträger in Bezug auf technologische Fragen
Du beeinflusst die Teamatmosphäre positiv und unterstützt die Etablierung von sharcx als Top-Arbeitgeber im Bereich B2B-Kundenerfahrung und KI

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Du hast Deinen Master oder PhD in Informatik oder in einer anderen verwandten quantitativen Disziplin abgeschlossen und hast Berufserfahrung
Du hast eine EU Arbeitserlaubnis
Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und hast bereits interdisziplinäre Teams geführt
Du hast nachweisbare hervorragende Java, Rest API Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Systemen wie Kafka oder RabbitMQ
Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für agile Softwareentwicklung und Dir ist es wichtig, ein wesentlicher Teil des Teams zu sein
Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Ausführung von Development Projekten und Software Architektur Designs
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Machine Learning sowie Artificial Intelligence gesammelt

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
