Your Responsibilities
You design, automate and maintain a cloud-based 24/7/365 production environment with flexible Software release cycles
You automate and maintain multi-stage deployment to cloud-based production environments for scalable systems
You diagnose production systems and their dependencies
You support our Quality Assurance team in maintaining the automated test infrastructure
You have an on-call duty in 24/7 operations
You design, develop and maintain high-availability monitoring and reporting systems configurable for our production environments
You create the scalable architecture cloud infrastructure in arrangement with the software engineers
(Auto)-Scaling compute nodes for server-side and cloud services

Your Profile
You have at least 5 years experience with service autoscaling, Kubernetes and have excellent Linux skills
You have a proven track record in implementing infrastructure for automatic service health and utilization monitoring
You have a very good understanding of virtualization and container environment such as lxc, docker, etc
You understand machine metrics, bottlenecks, etc. and support SWEs and QA in build automation
You are willing to do on-call duty and to improve on existing processes to allow for faster interactions
You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
You have strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
You are able to read and understand code as well as develop necessary tools
You work collaboratively within a team and with other departments to meet company’s goals and high-quality standards
You are able to work in a fast-paced environment where iterative changes may need to go out in rapid succession
You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least 5 years of relevant experience

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
