Was Sie erwartet?
- Steuerung von interessanten und sehr anspruchsvollen Projekten und deren qualitativ hochwertige sowie wirtschaftlich orientierte Abwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement Schwerpunkt: abteilungsübergreifende Team- und Projektführung
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Aufzeichnungen, z.B. Schriftwechsel mit dem Bauherrn und Nachunternehmen, rund um das Baugeschehen unter Beachtung der vertraglichen Regelungen
- Rechnungsprüfung auf Grundlage der bestehenden Nachunternehmerverträge
- Fairer Umgang mit allen Beteiligten, ständiger Kontakt zum Auftraggeber/ Bauherrn
- Ganzheitliche Projektkontrolle
- Nachtragsmanagement
- Budgetverantwortung für die Erreichung der kalkulierten Deckungsbeiträge übernehmen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling
- Fortlaufenden Bauablauf hinsichtlich der Terminplanung erstellen, überwachen und entsprechend agieren
- Einsatzkoordination der eigenen Mitarbeiter
- Koordination und Kontrolle der Nachunternehmen und Lieferanten

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium in einem branchenüblichen Beruf
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im schlüsselfertigen (Innen)Ausbau als Projekt- und/oder Teamleiter/in
- Erfahrung im Einsatz und Umgang von Nachunternehmen
- Personalführungserfahrung und Affinität zur Technik (zwecks Analyse und Optimierung) sowie wirtschaftliches/ kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
- Juristisches Verständnis
- Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Word, Excel und MS Project
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, insbesondere Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
