- Steuerung von interessanten und sehr anspruchsvollen Projekten und deren qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung mit dem Schwerpunkt: Montage und Qualitätsmanagement
- Durchführung von Reparaturen und Umbauarbeiten
- Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Schwerpunkt Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Klimatechnik
- Überwachung und Führung des Montagepersonals, der Nachunternehmer und der Fremdfirmen
- Steuerung und Kontrolle der Nachunternehmer hinsichtlich inhaltlicher, qualitativer und terminlicher Aufgabenstellungen
- Qualitätsüberwachung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit
- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen mit dem Auftragsgeber und Führung der Baubesprechungen mit den Nachunternehmern
- Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen gebäudetechnischer Anlagen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauleitungsbereich
- Fundierte technische Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Großes Engagement, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit
- Wünschenswert sind Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, insbesondere Englisch

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
