Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kümmern sich um Aktenführung und die schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Schuldnern, Gläubigern, Dritten
- Sie verhandeln Zahlungsvereinbarungen
- Sie pflegen das EDV-Inkassosystem
- Sie betreuen außergerichtliche und gerichtliche Mahnverfahren
- Sie übernehmen die Forderungsanmeldung im Insolvenzfall und den Bereich Zwangsvollstreckung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter (m/w/d), Rechtsanwaltsgehilfe (m/w/d) oder Rechtsfachwirt (m/w/d) abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen erste Erfahrungen im Inkasso / Forderungsmanagement / Eintreiben von Außenständen mit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Gläubiger- und Serviceorientierung und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick aus
- Sie besitzen eine strukturierte, zuverlässige, vorausschauende, selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie zeigen schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Sie bringen fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse aus den Rechtsbereichen BGB, Schuldrecht mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
