Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Fachverantwortung für die psychiatrisch-psychologische Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten
- Sie entwickeln das psychiatrisch-psychologische Team strategisch weiter
- Sie verantworten die fachliche Supervision und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie der Mitarbeitenden des psychologischen Dienstes
- Sie betreuen psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutisch stationäre (und teilweise ambulante) Patientinnen und Patienten und sind für alle psychiatrischen Fragestellungen zuständig
- Sie arbeiten in den multidisziplinären Behandlungsteams zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Facharzttitel Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie sowie über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Rehabilitationsmedizin sowie in der Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit somatoformen und dissoziativen Störungen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten aus
- Sie sind flexibel, teamfähig und belastbar

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
