Was erwartet Dich?
- Spannende und aktuelle Projekte wirst Du eigenständig leiten.
- Du wirst die Anleitung für die zu betreuenden Studenten eigenverantwortlich übernehmen.
- Unter enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem System Administrator wirst Du die Software-Architektur mit gestalten.
- In kontinuierlichem Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen wirst Du an gemeinsamen Projekten arbeiten.
- Engagiert unterstützt Du bei der Platzierung neuer Technologien und Trends beim Kunden.
- Du wirst früh in Projekte mit eingebunden und betreust in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanager unsere Kunden als technischer Ansprechpartner.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine solide (+10 Jahre) Erfahrung in der nativen Entwicklung von Android-Apps mit.
- Vor allem sollte es für Dich zur Gewohnheit geworden sein, Projekte eigenverantwortlich durchzuführen und Software-Architektur zu gestalten. Du solltest bereits mehrere Apps selbstständig geschrieben haben.
- Begeisterung, Dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten, damit unsere Software nicht nur funktioniert, sondern geliebt wird.
- Neugier gegenüber neuen mobilen Technologien und unkonventionellen Lösungsansätzen.
- Verständnis für Gesamtkonzepte und die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer. Unsere Lösungen sind nie rein technischer Natur. Uns ist es wichtig, dass jeder im Team die Anforderungen an die Software versteht und diese auch so umsetzen kann, dass das Projekt erfolgreich wird.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
